ai_print lets wineries design their own receipts: logo, layout, messages and QR codes. They print on the Epson printers your tasting room already uses, so you're not stuck with a fixed template.
What it does
Commerce7's built-in thermal receipt can't be customised. ai_print gives each winery a self-serve designer instead.
Designed inside Commerce7
Opens from the Store menu in Commerce7 Admin. There's no separate login, and staff only see the stores they already have access to.
Your brand on every receipt
Add your logo, your own wording, return policy, club invitations and QR codes that link to your website or club sign-up.
Built for the tasting room
Line items, savings, tips, split payments and tax-inclusive VAT come straight from the order. Nothing is typed twice.
Read-only and private
Only reads the order being printed. No customer data is kept, and the app is released only to wineries we name.

Install
We release ai_print privately to your Commerce7 store. An Admin Owner installs it from Apps & Extensions.

Design
Build a receipt from blocks, then check it on a paper-width preview using sample tasting-room and online orders.

Print
Receipts print from Commerce7 POS and Admin on your Epson printer, using the layout you designed.
The designer
Receipts are built from blocks. Text blocks take variables such as
{{order.number}} or
{{customer.firstName}},
and lines with no data can hide themselves.

Printers
Epson OmniLink TM-T88VII
The printer Commerce7 recommends for cloud printing. It needs 80mm paper and a wired Ethernet connection. Logos are converted to crisp black-and-white automatically.
58mm paper
Templates can also be laid out for 58mm rolls. Text wraps to 32 characters per line instead of 48.
